1) Notwithstanding the provision of Rule 6(3)(c), to amend Schedule 1 to the Rules of Procedure of the States of Deliberation and their Committees by replacing the Ordinary Meeting of the States on 18th October 2023 with an Ordinary Meeting of the States on Tuesday 17th October 2023, and approve the Schedule subject to that change of date.
