1. To add a new proposition as follows:
“ 4. To agree that all proposed land transfers from the States of Guernsey to the Guernsey Development Agency or to its agents, investors or partners,
and all proposed leases exceeding 15 years on land which has been transferred to the Development Agency or that is intended to be transferred to that Agency, or otherwise to be under the control of that Agency must first be approved by the States.”
