For the full stop at the end of Proposition 24, substitute a semi-colon and add the following:- “e) the parent(s) or carer(s) of a child who is not in receipt of an intervention from a professional agency may, at any time, deregister that child from the school roll in order to home educate in Guernsey or Alderney, and that on receipt by the Committee for Education, Sport & Culture of notification of deregistration from the parent(s)or carer(s), the child will automatically be added to the Home Education roll.”
