Proposition
14) To agree, that to better enable commissioning of services, the Transfer of States Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall be reviewed jointly by the Policy & Resources Committee and the Committee for Employment & Social Security and to direct the Committees to bring to the States proposals for up- dating and improving the effectiveness of such legislation by the end of 2023.
