To insert the following proposition as the first proposition (and renumber the subsequent propositions accordingly): “1. To rescind Resolutions 1 and 2 of the States, made on the 28th November 2019 following consideration of a Requete P.2019/105 in Billet d’Etat XXIII, directing the Committee for Economic Development to present a business case and cost benefit analysis for the extension of the runway at Guernsey Airport to achieve a length of at least 1,700m by May 2020, and to resolve not to progress an extension of Guernsey’s runway.”
