To replace the proposition with the following: “To elect a sitting Member of the States as a member of the Development & Planning Authority in accordance with Rule 16 of the Rules of Procedure of the States of Deliberation and their Committees to complete the unexpired term of office, that is to the 30th June 2025, of Deputy R C Murray who has been deemed to have resigned from the Authority under Rule 39.”
