To add at the end of proposition 2: “and when considering options for the establishment and operation of such an online Gazette, to direct the Policy & Resources Committee first to invite and consider expressions of interest from third parties who may wish to publish parish and States notices and provide such an online Gazette free of charge on behalf of the States, which may include a web version of the Gazette and/or a URL forwarding service.”
