At the end of proposition 6, insert ", subject to the amendment indicated below:- In the table set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to the draft Ordinance, for the figures “1” in the third column (Standard relating to concentration of pollutant in surface or ground water) relating to the Pollutants Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and Perfluorooctane sulphonate (PFOS), in the first column, substitute in each case “0.3”.”.
