6. Only if propositions 1 to 5 have been approved, to approve the draft Ordinance entitled "The Environmental Pollution (Water Pollution) Ordinance, 2022", as set out in Appendix 3 to the policy letter and to direct that the same shall have effect as an Ordinance of the States. ", subject to the following amendments – (a) in section 16(1), for "3rd October, 2022" substitute "28 th November, 2022"; and (b) in section 16(2) and in Schedule 5, paragraph 2, for "3rd April, 2023" substitute "28th May, 2023"".
