Proposition
Whether they are of the opinion to approve the draft Ordinance entitled "The Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022", and to direct that the same shall have effect as an Ordinance of the States subject to the amendment indicated below. In Schedule 6 as inserted by clause 1(3) and the Schedule – (a) in paragraph 11(1) for "it", substitute "the Administrator", (b) in paragraph 16(2) after "offence", insert "under", (c) in paragraph 19(1) - (i) for "Registrar", substitute "Administrator", (ii) after "published by him", insert "or her", and (iii) after "in accordance", insert "with", and (d) in paragraph 20(2) for "Subsection", substitute "Subparagraph".”
