Proposition
1. To agree that a framework for a minimum standards test for firms of accountants, auditors, insolvency practitioners and tax advisers and its administration by the Guernsey Registry be established in accordance with the recommendations set out in this Policy Letter, including a requirement that staff providing professional advice and services are appropriately qualified. 2. To direct the preparation of such legislation as may be necessary to give effect to the above.
