To insert a new proposition as follows: “To direct the Policy & Resources Committee (having consulted with the Committee for Education, Sport & Culture and such other stakeholders as the Policy & Resources Committee shall see fit) to submit to the States at the earliest opportunity but no later than 31st March 2024, a report on the funding options for the Transforming Education Programme (including indicative timelines, cashflows, financing and issuance costs, any identified opportunities for value engineering, and capital or recurring revenue cost savings.)”
